Every now and then SecondLife throws up some great characters. Characters that are not just content to travel and wander through the metaverse, but are prepared to fully embrace it and make it their own.
Welcome to the world of the Boot Goddess Ginette Pinazzo. Ginette, or Gina as she prefers, is not of this world.. or even of this time. She comes from the future, and guys ... it doesn't look good. Unless of course your particular fetish happens to be boot worshipping, and then it looks great!
You see, Gina is a Goddess from the Future with a mission and a passion. She is infamous for wearing boots (hence the title) and for using them to dominate an army of worshipping slaves. She is from a world where all males are slaves, a disposable subspecies of pleasure-enhancing playthings. Gina often calls them worms. She never uses slaves for work, but only for enjoyment. As a Goddess, she amasses an army of eager slaves and delights in their open worship and often public displays of pleading. Neither kind nor cruel, the Goddess uses slaves for her passion and this often involves shrinking them. (with sometimes fatal results)
Since landing in SL, Gina has maneuvered herself into a position of power. She operates a number of wild business ventures and is highly active in the development of new ideas. She cuts a striking figure and is pioneering new techniques involving the shrinking of hapless avatars - ie male slaves!
The Future of Fem Domination
Personal play-time is a big part of Goddess Gina's schedule, and she does not want to lose sight of her roots: ie- playing with slaves. As such, she is highly approachable and enjoys slaves with initiative!
Gina adheres to the precepts of the Future Goddess, an admittedly radical viewpoint to many, where the spirit of Open Play is encouraged and slave ownership is considered antiquated. While she respects the choices of others to do so, she herself does not practice slave ownership (noisy collars and leashes!) and complex rules because she feels they actually restrict women's freedoms and inhibit women's ability to play together. In this respect Gina is not a mistress at all, but a force of nature that dominates slaves as naturally as she breathes air.
So... Goddess Gina held court in her floating office, and was gracious enough to give us an interview:
webMaster: Hello Goddess Gina, could you first describe your role in SecondLife?
Goddess Gina: Boot Goddess: Its a name given to a certain group of women with a certain reputation - I am the only one here that I know of...
webMaster: I see ... and what would you say is your contribution to the BDSM community in SL?
Goddess Gina: One thing I like to do is inspire creativity and openness in the way people play. I like to make it very fun and to increase the intensity at the same time. I am of the opinion that there is a lot of freedom and liberation of the soul in increasing the intensity and openness (and fun).
webMaster: So you encourage your slaves to have fun while you dominate them?
Goddess Gina: I never even thought of it as domination per se until I started meeting others - for me it is just a natural way to play with slaves. It amuses me and makes me laugh and makes me very pleased at times. Of all my friends I was the one who seemed to really enjoy it the most! and be the most creative with it!
webMaster: Ok ... So what are your goals for the future in SL?
Goddess Gina: To plant a few seeds! and to have fun.... I intend to make lots of toys and other
devices ...maybe some clothes and boots eventually - as well as get involved
in more live shows, music videos, art projects, that sort of thing. I like to do many things at once
webMaster: Yes I can see that...
Goddess Gina: Maybe, MAYBE, if I can deal with it, I'll start a fem dom community but I am not sure if I want that here. I probably will do a few private clubs and things like that, but all very exclusive and unique. I do want (as a goal) to provide a glimpse of the Future....if that makes sense.
webMaster: Interesting ... what kind of "glimpse of the future" can you show us?
Goddess Gina: oh, the glimpse.....that the Future can be a lot of fun and very exciting when we (women) combine our efforts and dominate in a new way - playing together.
webMaster: I see...So the future is going to be female dominated?
Goddess Gina: In a way, yes.
webMaster: Ok...Why do you think that some men seem to crave female domination?
Goddess Gina: Why men like Fem dom? Because inherently, they know where they belong....the matriarchy is most natural to them in every way - more comforting and more exciting ultimately. Males naturally like to strive for things - and we are what they strive for in many ways - it is only natural that they strive hardest..
webMaster: Good answer...and why do you think that some men (and women) seem to crave humiliation?
Goddess Gina: Well when I play with a slave, I am doing it for my pleasure - and the slave is also pleased to be used, so there is no humiliation inherent in my personal experience, I don't think. My power overrides any such feelings - but I must think about this.... I do like teasing them, and I suppose that borders on humiliation - but if they like it anyway - is it really humiliation? : I don' t think in the BDSM world true humiliation exists (that is my new theory since you made me start thinking about it).
webMaster: I see...so its just another form of releasing control ... and just being happy to please?
Goddess Gina: Yes.
webMaster: Ok ... What advice would you give to someone who wants to try BDSM in RL or SL?
Goddess Gina: Well on SL BDSM i'd say 1) Be honest and true 2) Read profiles first as much as possible and 3) Be open-minded and recognize that various cultural backgrounds exist here. And as for RL BDSM, i'd say have fun and be happy about who you are - as long as you do not hurt others against their will - you can enjoy great freedom and explore creativity by being so honest with yourself - denial and repression are deadly - openness is necessary in the end, anyway - that is where we all meet.
webMaster: Great advice... what could you offer someone in SL that wants to learn about BDSM?
Goddess Gina: Well one of the many things I could offer is the opportunity (this will sound wrong no matter how I say it) to be with a real professional - someone who puts herself 1000% into the experience, and is very active making that experience better - never lazy. It is for my pleasure and my purpose that I do it, but others could certainly benefit from being involved.
webMaster: Do you only have male slaves?
Goddess Gina: Most of my slaves are male, because that is what slaves are to me by definition (my terminology) - I do have female playmates, but they are always superior in rank to any male slave. As women, we can play any way we want - including domination with each other, but slaves (male) are always the disposable playthings to all of us.
webMaster: Smiles .... Could you ever imagine being submissive to a male?
Goddess Gina: That would be like kissing a worm. I have a great imagination, so yes, I can imagine it.....but you know what, it does to my stomach. That puts it all in context I'm sure.
webMaster: ......
Goddess Gina: But I must add - I am not the serious, rigid person I may sound to be ......I recognize that this world is different than my own ...I do not expect to superimpose my conventions on everyone....not at all - I am here to plant the seeds and have fun - things that are new to me happen everyday (male dom's?)
